Dozens of Breslov Hasidim associated with Rabbi Berland arrived at Joseph's Tomb in Nablus for morning prayers in broad daylight, defying the usual practice of night-time visits under IDF escort. Palestinian police attempted to remove them and stone-throwing was reported, before Israeli forces intervened and evacuated the worshippers. One Hasid said the act was a protest against being made to "sneak in like thieves in the night."
