Iran's Parliament Speaker Mohammad Baqer Qalibaf offered Gulf Arab states "security guarantees" while simultaneously criticising them for allowing their territory to be used in strikes against Iran. In an interview with a Qatari newspaper, he warned that Tehran is preparing for a prolonged war and ruled out any ceasefire that would allow the enemy to repair radar systems.
