Summary
Israel's Home Front Command has updated its civilian guidelines, dividing the country into two zones — orange and yellow — based on threat level. In yellow zones, schools may resume in-person classes and gatherings of up to 100 people are permitted in buildings with protected shelters; orange zones allow gatherings of up to 50 people and workplaces accessible to a shelter. Special education facilities in some orange zones will also benefit from relaxed restrictions.
